Enjoy the morning sunrise on your balcony from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.  This unit, in this ocean front complex with a private parking space in the garage, has a southern exposure with a fantastic ocean view.  You will appreciate the elevator as well as the grocery carts available in the garage to transport your groceries and belongings, an easy start to a well-deserved vacation!
This beautiful unit features a King size bed in the master suite, flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower and separate powder area as well as a walk in closet.  Floor to ceiling sliders open to the balcony from the master or the living area. The comfy guest bedroom with queen size bed, two twin beds and TV also has a walk in closet.   A second full bath is accessible from the guest bedroom and the living area.
Comfortable furnishings welcome you to the spacious open concept living area.  Living area features comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV including cable, Netflix and Blue Ray player.  Wi-Fi and phone are also included.    The living area opens to your balcony including ceiling fan, hi-top table and 4 chairs via floor to ceiling sliders, a perfect place for morning coffee. Balcony has sliding doors against railing to allow you to relax with the best view, even when the weather is not perfect.
There is a spacious dining area next to the living area that has table for six.  A high bar area connected to the kitchen which allows for conversations with guests (if you really prefer cooking to all the "fun" spots in this area).  Kitchen is fully equipped for the chef including cooking pots, pans, utensils and dishes making it easy to start your vacation; just pick up your groceries on the way to this beautiful beachside place.  Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer and all linens are also included.  
A large pool with a choice of shade or sunny seating is central to the complex and includes a gas grill cooking area and a clubhouse (available to large families by reservation).   A tennis court is also onsite.  
Our easy access, wide, white sand beach, is family friendly and so inviting!  Beachcombing, sunbathing, sandcastle building, kite-flying, and bike riding are all popular on the wide white sands of this very walkable 14-mile beach.   The waves are perfect for body surfing, boogie boarding, or simply splashing and dashing!   All is accessible from the Captains Quarters private boardwalk.   You can rent water sports equipment and bikes nearby, and the fishing is good too.   Or rest on your balcony and enjoy the sight of the sand dunes, beach waves, palm trees, pelicans, and "others" wildly wind surfing.
